Shipping and Returns
We currently offer a flat rate of $10 for our product range orders and free shipping on our Gift Box Collection. *Heavy items may incur extra shipping costs
Please note all orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following Monday. An email will be sent to you with tracking information. All deliveries will have Authority to Leave.
Please allow 3-6 business days for metro delivery and 4-7 business days for more regional areas.
Orders placed over weekends and on public holidays will be processed the following business day.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer international shipping at this time.
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges and do not allow Refunds for change of mind, only for product damage which must be notified with photo proof within 48 hours of delivery. Please keep in mind that all Sales Items are Final.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 21 Stanley Street Glengowrie, Australia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund due to fault of product, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item back, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
